Warranty Information and Policy
HOKA Limited Warranty for the United States
We stand behind our HOKA® products. HOKA® warrants that its products will be free from material or workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (whichever occurs later) by the original consumer purchaser. We require you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to present a valid warranty claim.
Please note, items sent under warranty will not be repaired.
Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty only applies to products purchased from HOKA.com, HOKA call center, HOKA Concept Stores, or from an authorized HOKA retailer in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. HOKA reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites and marketplace storefronts.
Not Covered by Warranty:
- Item(s) no longer in the warranty period.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- Accidental damage.
- Accidental damage includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by pets, direct heat, food, arts and crafts supplies, inclement weather, natural phenomena, playground equipment, sharp objects, etc.
- Water damage.
- Items with manufacturing tags removed, defaced, or altered.
For eligible products, HOKA® will offer a credit in the form of a merchandise credit or a refund for eligible HOKA.com purchases in the amount of the purchase price of the product so that you can purchase a replacement. Merchandise credit does not expire. Please note that if a merchandise credit is provided as a result of this evaluation, such credit will be eligible for use during checkout on future purchases. Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received.
There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HOKA® BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
To begin the warranty process:
- Fill out our Warranty Claim form through our Returns Center.
- After your form has been submitted, our Warranty Team will reach out to you via email to complete a virtual evaluation to determine if your product is eligible to be returned.
- Please do not send your product to us prior to getting a virtual evaluation and approval from the Warranty Team. Your Warranty Claim will not be evaluated without approval from the Warranty Team.
- Please note virtual evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks to complete. To aid in the process, please keep an eye on your email and provide requested information.
After virtual evaluation:
- If your product is eligible to be returned under our warranty policy, the Warranty Team will advise next steps to send your product to our warehouse for physical evaluation.
- If approved after physical evaluation, you will receive credit in the form of a merchandise credit or a refund for eligible HOKA.com purchases in the amount of the purchase price of the product so that you can purchase a replacement.
- If we determine your product is not covered under our Limited Warranty after physical evaluation, your original product(s) will be returned to the shipping address provided. If no shipping address is provided, the original items will be returned to the return address provided on the return package.
- If your product is not eligible under our warranty policy, your warranty claim will be denied, and you will not be able to return your product to us.
We reserve the right to require a method of payment for return shipping costs of unqualified Limited Warranty returns. If the package is undeliverable and returned to our returns department, it will be destroyed after 30 days.
Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing these items.
HOKA® is not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you ship your package via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until the warranty claim process is complete. Packages cannot be hand-delivered to the warehouse for safety reasons.
What Happens If My Warranty Claim Is Not Accepted?
If you submit a warranty claim and we deem that your warranty claim is not valid you will not be able to return your product to us.
eBay Sellers/On-Line Auctions and Trade Boards
HOKA® does not authorize any of its dealers to sell on eBay, or any other online auctions or trade boards. HOKA's agreements with its dealers prohibit sales on auction sites. Accordingly, HOKA® does not offer its limited warranty or rebates for products purchased on these sites and will not assist with the resolution of any disputes including assistance with PayPal refund requests.
If you submit a warranty claim and we deem that your warranty claim is not valid you will not be able to return your product to us.
eBay Sellers/On-Line Auctions and Trade Boards
