What can I return under the 30-day guarantee?

You can return any shoes, clothing, or accessories purchased from HOKA.com within 30 days for a refund. Items purchased from authorized HOKA retailers are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. You will be charged for the return shipping.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

How many HOKA items can I return under the 30-day guarantee?

The HOKA 30-Day Guarantee applies to up to four pairs of shoes, up to four items of clothing, or four accessories per customer over a 12-month period. Items exceeding this limit will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Unworn or unused items returned for other reasons do not count toward this limit.

How do I return my item(s) during the 30-day test flight?

The 30-day guarantee begins on the day your items arrive.

Returns within our 30-day warranty must be processed through our online returns center. 

I paid with Klarna. How is the return process handled?

The 30-day guarantee does not affect Klarna's payment period. Payments are still due within this time.

General terms and conditions of business

1. The HOKA 30-Day Guarantee applies to all online customers in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, and the United Kingdom who purchased HOKA footwear, clothing, and accessories from January 15, 2020. Products must have been purchased exclusively at hoka

2. Products from other authorized HOKA retailers will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

3. The 30-day period begins on the delivery date of the HOKA products. From this date, customers can wear and use the items normally in their daily lives. If the customer returns the items for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded.

4. Returned items must be in a hygienic condition; excessive dirt must be removed before return.

5. Any products returned in an unacceptable condition will be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed without refund.

6. Deckers will dispose of returned worn products in accordance with our recycling and remanufacturing programs. These products cannot be returned to the customer unless they do not meet the above conditions.

7. The guarantee applies to all HOKA footwear, apparel and accessories and can be applied to sale and full-price items as well as discounted employee purchases.

8. Returns should be made as usual using the return form and the HOKA Challenge return code. Returns after the 30-day period will be processed by HOKA as usual or returned to the customer. If you have lost the return form, please contact customer service.

9. The HOKA 30-Day Guarantee is valid for up to four pairs of HOKA footwear, up to four items of clothing, or four accessories per customer for a period of 12 months. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Items returned under the HOKA 30-Day Guarantee are non-refundable.

10. The provider reserves the right to refuse returns in case of abuse of the promotion. The HOKA 30-Day Guarantee can be combined with discounted employee purchases.

11. The HOKA 30-Day Guarantee does not apply to HOKA products purchased at running events.

12. The Provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the HOKA 30-Day Guarantee and the associated return policy at any time.
