Returning an online purchase
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your HOKA products. If you would like to return or exchange your order free of charge, please register your request on our Returns Portal (see below) within 100 days of receipt.
Refund/exchange requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. This excludes returns under the 30-day guarantee, which have a 30-day window.
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. This excludes returns under the 30-day warranty (see below).
Please retain your receipt until we send you confirmation that your return has been processed. We are not responsible for packages shipped with any carrier other than UPS.
If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, you will receive a refund.
Please note that it may take up to 15 days for us to process your return. If you haven't heard from us within this time, please contact our customer service team .
If an item is returned for a refund or exchange because it doesn't fit, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, as delivery has occurred. However, we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the original shipping costs. Click here for more information.
Easy online returns with UPS
All return or exchange requests must be registered in our online returns portal . You'll need the order number and the postal code of the shipping or billing address. Please indicate which product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. If you wish to exchange the product, you can also select this option in the portal.
You can either print and attach the return label yourself, or generate a barcode that you can present at the UPS Parcel Shop , where your label will be printed. You will receive the link for the barcode separately via email.
Please allow up to 15 business days from the date you submit your return to process your exchange or refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't heard from us, please contact us .
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. We aim to process your refund within 15 business days of receipt, but please note that during peak periods, it may take slightly longer. You can track the status of your return here .
Please contact us if you have not heard from us within 15 working days of your return.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
We offer a one-year limited warranty on all items purchased from hoka.com. If you feel a product has shown abnormal wear within one year, please visit our warranty page for information on how to submit a claim and the details you'll need to provide.
Our warranty applies only to products purchased from hoka.com.
30-day guarantee
With the HOKA 30-Day Guarantee, you can shop with confidence. You have 30 days to test your new shoes or clothing, whether in the park, on the treadmill, or at home. If you're still not convinced, you can return your items to us free of charge and receive a full refund. No ifs, ands, or buts.
Customers can return up to four items per year under the 30-day warranty. Items returned under this warranty are only eligible for a refund; exchanges are not currently available. Items should be returned in their original packaging, if possible.

What happens to returned items?
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Those in resalable, unworn condition are released for sale again. Items with slight signs of wear (e.g., items returned under our 30-day guarantee ) are donated to our partner , Soles4Souls . In 2023, Deckers Global (HOKA's parent company) donated over 640,000 items to support micro-enterprises and entrepreneurs in developing countries. This diverted 350 tons of goods from landfill and enabled us to create new opportunities.
Items in unwearable condition that cannot be resold or donated are recycled with FastFeetGrinded .
