Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are delivered by our long-standing shipping partner UPS.

Pick up at a UPS Access Point location
As an alternative to home delivery, you can pick up your order at a time convenient for you at a UPS Access Point location near you.

- You will be notified by email when your package arrives at the access point.
- You have 7 days to collect your order.
- You will receive a reminder via email and SMS 5 days before your package is returned to the warehouse.
- If you do not collect your package within 7 days, it will be returned to us and you will receive a refund.
ID Requirements: Please bring proof of your original ID, such as a driver's license, passport, government ID, or military ID. If someone is picking up on your behalf, they must also present their own ID, as well as yours. A signature is not required.
Free shipping with UPS
Orders are delivered by our long-standing shipping partner, UPS. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive tracking information via email and text message. We'll send you a message the morning of the delivery with the estimated delivery time so you know when to expect delivery. If you're not home, you can change the delivery date or leave your package with a neighbor or a local pickup location.
UPS doesn't require a signature upon delivery. If you're not home when your package is delivered, it will be taken to a nearby pickup location for you to pick up.
