Hoka Skyward X is a so-called super-trainer that draws on technologies from Hoka's fastest shoes, combined with features from a variety of training shoes. Skyward X is a max-cushioned running shoe with a midsole consisting of two layers, both PEBA and a super-critical EVA foam. Skyward X has a 5mm heel-to-toe drop, as well as a carbon plate that provides extra energy return. Skyward X is made with a relatively wide platform for increased stability. Skyward X is ideal for fast and longer training runs. The outsole is made with Hoka High Abrasion Rubber, which is durable and long-lasting.
